Dopo aver completato il corso di formazione del Physical Mind Institute di oltre 500 ore, ha iniziato a lavorare per lo studio. Nel 2006 si \u00e8 trasferita a Praga, dove ha insegnato in varie palestre e corsi privati. Nel 2010 Sarah si \u00e8 formata nuovamente presso il Pilates Studio Bangkok, completando il corso di Standing Pilates e il corso Pre\/Post Natal. Ora gestisce un piccolo studio a domicilio nel bellissimo sobborgo di Vinohrady, a Praga. Ha appena completato il programma di formazione Transmittal Pilates Mat &amp; Apparatus a Bangkok ed \u00e8 entusiasta di condividere l'esperienza Body &amp; Flow con nuovi insegnanti. Essendo un'appassionata di fitness, il Pilates \u00e8 un'ottima base per qualsiasi sport si pratichi!
