Dopo aver ricevuto aiuto per questi problemi e aver acquisito maggiore salute e forza, ha deciso di intraprendere la carriera di insegnante di Pilates per aiutare anche altri a provare i benefici di questo metodo. Ha iniziato a imparare il metodo Pilates con Kelly McKinnon e, dopo diversi anni di lavoro e studio, \u00e8 diventata allieva di Or-Yah Avni, rifacendo l'intero percorso formativo e molto altro. Aile ha aperto uno studio a Tallinn N\u00f5mme nella primavera del 2014 e ora ha iniziato a insegnare a nuovi insegnanti e studenti.
