Introduction to Anatomy :: Vancouver :: Canada

During this course, we will learn the basic anatomy fundamentals required to proceed for the next Pilates education course. We will learn the anatomical terminology, planes of movement and names and locations of bones, joints, and muscles in the body. We will overview the respiratory, nervous and circulatory systems as well to ensure understanding of the different functions of the body.  This course will enhance your teaching and deepen your understanding of the body and the Pilates method.
