This course will teach you how to lead safe, supportive, and inspiring classes using various methods, including yoga, Pilates, relaxation, and visualization techniques.
We will explore the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy, discuss common challenges, and learn how to best support women with confidence and care throughout this special journey.

More than just a technical training, this is a transformational course—designed to deepen your understanding, empathy, and ability to hold space for women during one of the most powerful times of their lives.
You will not only gain essential knowledge and tools but also grow as a teacher, guide, and supporter in the world of prenatal and postnatal movement and wellness.

The course will cover:

  • The effects of pregnancy and childbirth on the body, mind, and spirit
  • Postures to aid common discomforts
  • Movements and practices to avoid
  • Appropriate pranayama (breathwork) techniques
  • How to create and structure pre and post natal class
  • The benefits of pre and post natal classes
  • Specific modifications for different stages
  • The physiology of pregnancy and childbirth

Observation and assisting in classes will be required as part of the training.
