During this workshop, we will explore different exercise variations on the Wunda chair, from fundamental to super advanced. The Pilates chair, or Wunda chair, as Joseph Pilates called it, is a powerful piece of exercise equipment. Although small, the chair is a challenging piece of equipment that builds core stability, stamina, balance, and upper and lower body strength to improve athletes’ performance.
